The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a great area, really close to the Lakes, England for more than 15 years and the Yorkshire Dales. Staff were best, breakfast was delicious. Our deluxe double room was cosy and immaculate with nice beds. Separate bathroom was spotless. The venue's position was central.

As a wildlife conservationist, I appreciated the warm hospitality of Tim and Zena at Inglenook. The cozy room offered great comfort for relaxation after a day of hiking. Although the shower had inconsistent temperatures, the really good breakfast featuring local produce made my stay nice.

definitely visit place next time
The room was cozy with carpeted floors and a tv. We had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The electric kettle for tea was a nice touch, and the hosts provided fresh milk. Breakfast included a full English spread made with local ingredients, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Perfect for couples looking for a cozy escape
We felt very welcome, Tim and Zena really go out of their way? Their dog is like a little mascot, and the breakfast is so plentiful with locally sourced goods. I mean, the bacon was crispy, like, perfection. The view from our room was fine, I could spend hours just staring out at the Dales, it's amazing.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly worth every penny.

We loved the cute atmosphere and the hearty breakfast before venturing out to explore the fine Yorkshire Dales. The generous early morning sandwiches were a real treat for our family adventures, not to mention the complimentary snacks in our room.
In my children's opinion, having some play areas inside would have been great.

Perfect little getaway
The beds were super comfy, and the towels were fresh. Breakfast was a treat-had a wicked full English with options for fruit and cereal. Tim was so friendly, and his daughter served us with a smile. Only bummer was not getting to meet the dog, but loved the cat! Nice pubs nearby too.

A lovely guest house with welcoming hosts. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast options were excellent, especially for gluten-free diets. The en-suite was a tad cramped, which made getting ready a little tricky.

Charming Stay with Excellent Hosts
Our lovely couple getaway was improved with the excellent hosts, who greeted us warmly. The breakfast was really good, particularly the freshly cooked full English. Don't miss the local pastries too! For future guests, a larger TV and a bit more hanging space would elevate the experience.
